We only host applications that are freely available, and we strictly prohibit the distribution of modified (MOD) APKs, premium-unlocked apps, or any form of pirated software.

However, we recognize that as a developer or publisher, you may have specific distribution strategies, regional restrictions, or personal preferences regarding where your application is hosted. If you are the rightful owner or authorized representative of an application listed on our website and you wish for it to be removed, we are fully committed to cooperating with you swiftly and respectfully.

1. DMCA vs. App Removal Request

DMCA Takedown: If you believe your copyrighted work is being infringed upon (e.g., modified, hacked, or monetized illegally without your consent), please refer to our formal DMCA / Copyright Policy for the legal takedown procedure.
App Removal Request (This Policy): If your original, unmodified free application is listed on our directory and you simply prefer that we do not host it or link to it, you do not need to escalate to a formal DMCA notice. We offer this streamlined, “no-questions-asked” removal process to maintain positive relationships with the developer community.

2. Who Can Request a Removal?

To prevent malicious or fraudulent removal requests submitted by competitors or bad actors, we only process requests from:

The original developer of the application.
The official publisher of the application.
A verified, authorized legal representative acting on behalf of the developer or publisher.

3. How to Submit a Removal Request

To initiate a removal request, please send an email to our dedicated developer relations team. To help us process your request as quickly as possible, your email must include the following information:

Your Name and Title: Your full name and your role within the development team or publishing company.
App Identification: The exact name of the application as it appears on our website.
URL to the App Page: The exact link(s) on vipplyzz.pro where your application is listed.
Package Name: The official Android package name of the app (e.g., com.developername.appname).
Proof of Ownership/Authorization: We require verifiable proof that you are authorized to make this request. This can include:
- Sending the request from an email address associated with the official developer domain (e.g., name@your-app-domain.com).
- A link to the app’s listing on the Google Play Console or official website showing your contact information.
- A digitally signed letter of authorization on company letterhead (if acting as an agency or legal representative).

4. Processing Time and Actions Taken

Once we receive a complete and verifiable removal request:

Swift Action: We aim to process all legitimate removal requests within 48 to 72 business hours.
Complete Removal: We will permanently delete the APK file(s) associated with the request from our servers.
Page Takedown: We will remove the editorial page, download links, and all associated media (screenshots, logos) for the application from our active directory.
Confirmation: Our team will reply to your email to confirm that the requested actions have been successfully completed.
